Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Vishu Air Conditioners, operating in Delhi NCR, India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Vishu Air Conditioners (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or our website, or availing any services offered by Vishu Air Conditioners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Vishu Air Conditioners provides the following services in Delhi NCR:

• AC Repair (Split, Window, Tower, Duct, Cassette, VRF/VRV, Commercial HVAC)

• AC Servicing and Deep Cleaning

• Gas (Refrigerant) Refilling

• AC Installation, Uninstallation, and Relocation

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — Residential and Commercial

• New and Used AC Sales, Purchase, and Exchange

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Booking and Appointments

• Service requests can be placed via our website, phone (+91 70117 63777), WhatsApp, or in person.

• Appointment slots are confirmed subject to technician availability in your area.

• We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil same-day service requests placed before 12:00 PM.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of technician unavailability, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as early as possible.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service charges are communicated upfront before any work begins.

• Prices may vary based on AC type, fault complexity, spare parts required, and location.

• Any additional charges discovered during service (e.g., additional parts required) will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

• AMC plan pricing is fixed at the time of plan purchase and is valid for the contracted period.

• Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

• We do not charge any hidden or undisclosed fees.

5. Service Warranty

• All repair and service work carries a 30-day service warranty from the date of service.

• If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional charge.

• The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, accidents, or tampering with our work by unauthorised persons.

• Spare parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which may vary between 3 and 12 months.

• AMC customers receive extended service warranty coverage throughout their contract period.

6. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Terms

• AMC plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• AMC plans are non-transferable and apply to the specific AC units listed at the time of agreement.

• Scheduled visits must be utilised within the contract period; unused visits do not carry over.

• AMC plans do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or external electrical faults.

• We reserve the right to revise AMC pricing at renewal. You will be notified at least 30 days before renewal.

• AMC plans are not refundable after the first scheduled visit has been completed.

7. Buy and Sell — AC Sales Terms

• All used/refurbished ACs sold by Vishu Air Conditioners are tested and certified before sale.

• Used ACs come with a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

• New ACs are sold with the manufacturer's full warranty; we are an authorised sales partner.

• Once sold, ACs may not be returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified within 7 days.

• For AC purchase (buying your old AC), pricing is determined after physical inspection by our team and is final once agreed upon.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, customers are requested to:

• Provide accurate information about the AC type, model, and fault when booking.

• Ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our technicians.

• Be present or designate an adult representative during the service visit.

• Inform us of any pre-existing conditions, prior repairs, or modifications to the AC unit.

• Not tamper with or attempt to repair the unit after our technician has attended, as this may void the service warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vishu Air Conditioners shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear discovered during service.

• Loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from AC downtime.

• Damage caused by faulty electrical wiring, power fluctuations, or conditions beyond our control.

• Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Vishu Air Conditioners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
